Opinion Editorial and Original Reporting
By Jessica Schneider, Editor
March 31th, 2025

UPDATE: I have been contacted by the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. I understand now that this is an active investigation. I will not be providing further reporting on this subject until I am cleared to do so by legal representation.

Thank you to our new subscribers, and all of our subscribers, for your support. We have several articles in progress and will continue to release those in the following days and weeks.

The image Dillon Kaiser emailed to Councilor Erin Black to add me to the “Band of Bullies” in January 2025. Stolen from one or another social media account. I will accept offers of chapstick as this is not a perfect image, but what is? Ask Dillon Kaiser for my address if you missed it being shared online publicly.
Dillon Kaiser with his knife visibly displayed on March 29th around 11 a.m. at Dwayne Webster Park, a time and place he chose to meet with Councilor Erin Black and her husband, Alan Kujawa. Screenshot from video I took.

What is Doxxing?

“Doxing or doxxing is the act of publicly providing personally identifiable information about an individual or organization, usually via the Internet and without their consent.[1][2][3] Historically, the term has been used to refer to both the aggregation of this information from public databases and social media websites (like Facebook), and the publication of previously private information obtained through criminal or otherwise fraudulent means (such as hacking and social engineering).[citation needed]

The aggregation and provision of previously published material is generally legal, though it may be subject to laws concerning stalking and intimidation.[4] Doxing may be carried out for reasons such as online shaming, extortion, and vigilante aid to law enforcement.[5][6]” - Wikipedia

Doxxing has negative mental health impacts and can invite physical violence towards the person targeted. Further, it makes the target vulnerable to identity theft and violence from people they do not know.

Personally, having my address published as a threat felt terrifying. Being doxxed makes you a target. It is a threat. I have lost sleep, my appetite, my peace of mind… This is the consequence of reporting in Loveland.

So when this person, who lives in my neighborhood, asked Councilor Erin Black and Alan Kujawa to meet at a park in our shared neighborhood on a public forum, I showed up. This is who was there. My bully. Too scared to show his face, but visibly sporting a large knife.

Dillon Kaiser has been a critic of The Loveland Voice since January 2024, at least.

While his opinion has no factual basis, he is free to share it. At this point, back in the old days of 2024, it wasn’t personal. Not personal is fair game.

2025: Enter “Good Citizen” aka “Ball Cap Boy”

In January several people, including City Council, received this email:

Later, my name was added along with the photo at the top of this article.

I am not the only person who has been doxxed and targeted. I will not add their names here as they have experienced enough trauma. If need be, they can share their own experiences as they wish.

Here are a few concerning me:

There are more, but you get the idea…
