This is an article I published originally on January 14th. It includes what, to me, was a shocking and deeply disturbing Internal Affairs (IA) Investigation from the Loveland Police Department.
The following day, I was added to a “list” by a person then known only as “Good Citizen.”

So what happened between the first email and the second? I released this IA report. Public information that is disturbing and absolutely in the interest of the public to know.
Is that why I was added to “the list”? I couldn’t say. But having never met the individual who began targeting me after the release of the IA report, is it not worthy of consideration?
Below is the report. I invite you to read it after reading the warnings, making sure you are in a safe place and know who to call if you need support. That information is included below.

According to a shocking internal affairs report provided to The Loveland Voice, ten women who had called the Loveland Police Department to report domestic violence reported inappropriate contact from Officer Greg Harris of the Loveland Police Department between 2022-2024.
An excerpt from that report:

The Investigative Summary states, “While Officer Harris was on-duty and responding to calls for service, he developed or attempted to develop personal dating relationships with ten women by initially providing his work cell phone number and then offering his personal cell phone number. Officer Harris used his department-issued cell phone to send flirtatious text messages to each woman and even offered for some of the victims to stay at his residence. He also used CCIC to run one of the women, who was his girlfriend at the time.”
According to the report, the investigator checked the CAD system and was unable to locate any records associated with Officer Harris calling them for a welfare check.
CORA requests and CCJRI request Update
The Loveland Voice made a request on December 20th 2024 for all Internal Affairs investigations from 2022-2024. We have yet to receive a single report, summary, or a cost estimate for the request. This information, while included in the original article, is no longer accurate. You can read updates on the Substack.
Too Long, Didn’t Read?( TL;DR? )
This is what an Artificial Intelligence Bot deciphered from scanning the report
Misconduct by Officer Harris: The document details multiple instances of inappropriate behavior by Officer Greg Harris, including initiating personal relationships with women he met while on duty, sending flirtatious and explicit messages, and using his position to further these relationships.
Policy Violations: Officer Harris violated several policies, including the Code of Ethics, Employee Conduct, Nepotism, Conduct, Performance and Discipline, and Records Release.
Investigation and Findings: The document outlines the investigation conducted by the Professional Standards Unit, which found that Officer Harris' actions were inappropriate and sustained the allegations against him.
Disciplinary History: Officer Harris had a prior history of similar misconduct, for which he received a final warning and unpaid leave.
Recommendations and Consequences: The chain of command unanimously recommended serious discipline for Officer Harris, up to and including termination.
Vulnerability of Victims: The document highlights that many of the women involved were vulnerable victims of crime, which Officer Harris exploited.
Use of Department Resources: Officer Harris misused department-issued cell phones and the CCIC system for personal benefit.
Lack of Criminal Charges: Despite the findings, the Assistant District Attorney did not feel criminal charges were appropriate.

Then and Now
In the weeks and months since reporting this article I have been doxxed by Dillon Kaiser, meaning my personal information, including my home address, professional history, including names and addresses of previous employers, and financial history has been shared publicly online.
The implications of this have been invasive, intimidating and threatening. I’ll leave the rest for my journal… But you can imagine how that would impact your quality of life, including your sleep and general fear for your safety.
I’m reposting this because it is important information for the public to know. I am reposting this because it is public information. It is your information, Loveland, and you deserve to have it. I’ve sacrificed enough for releasing it. I didn’t anticipate that. But since it is a reality, I hope you will at least benefit from the information provided in this report.
